We use collected information solely to: provide and operate the Service; run AI dispatch algorithms (only your data is used — no cross-company data mixing); deliver dispatch information to drivers in real time; display the GPS fleet map; generate speed violation and safety reports; manage incidents and notifications; provide customer support; process billing; and comply with applicable law.
Important: Our AI uses only your data for dispatch decisions. Your data is never combined with other companies' data.
当社はお客様の情報を以下の場合を除き、第三者に開示・販売しません：
- サービス提供者： Google Firebase（データ保管）、Vercel（ホスティング）、Anthropic（AI処理）。これらの事業者は当社の指示のもとでのみデータを処理します。

We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties except: to Service providers (Google Firebase for storage, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI processing) who process data only under our instructions; when required by law, court order, or lawful government request; in connection with a merger or acquisition (we'll notify you); or with your explicit consent.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We never sell your data. Period.
本サービスのデータはGoogle Firebase（Firestore）に保管されます。Googleのサーバーは日本国内外に存在するため、お客様のデータが日本国外に転送・保管される場合があります。
AI処理（配車、伝票スキャン、インシデント分析）はAnthropicのAPIを使用します。処理のためにデータがAnthropicのサーバー（米国）に送信されますが、Anthropicはこのデータをモデル学習に使用しません。
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Google's servers are located globally; your data may be transferred and stored outside Japan. AI processing (dispatch, denpyo scanning, incident analysis) uses Anthropic's API. Data is sent to Anthropic's servers (USA) for processing; Anthropic does not use this data for model training.
GPS機能はドライバーが任意でONにした場合のみ有効です。強制的に収集することはありません。
収集される位置情報データ：緯度・経度、移動速度、GPS精度、タイムスタンプ
速度違反の記録： 100km/hを超える速度が検出された場合、速度・日時・ドライバーIDが記録されます。この記録は配車担当者のみが閲覧可能であり、業務安全管理目的のみに使用されます。
位置情報データはFirestoreに保管され、当該会社の配車担当者のみが閲覧できます。
GPS is entirely opt-in — drivers activate it voluntarily and it is never forced. Data collected: latitude/longitude, speed, GPS accuracy, timestamp.
Speed Violation Logging: When speed exceeds 100 km/h, the speed, timestamp, and driver ID are recorded. This record is visible only to the company dispatcher and is used solely for fleet safety management.
Location data is stored in Firestore and is accessible only to the dispatcher of the company the driver belongs to.
To Drivers: You can turn GPS off at any time. Your location is visible only to your company's dispatcher — not to other companies or third parties.

お客様は以下の権利を有します：
- 開示請求権： 当社が保有するお客様の個人情報の開示を請求できます
- 訂正・削除請求権： 不正確な情報の訂正、または個人情報の削除を請求できます
- 利用停止請求権： 特定の目的での個人情報の利用停止を請求できます
- データポータビリティ： お客様のデータを機械可読形式でエクスポートできます（解約後30日以内）
権利行使のご要望は下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内（原則30日以内）に対応します。
You have the right to: access personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information or request deletion; restrict processing for specific purposes; and export your data in machine-readable format within 30 days of account termination. Submit requests to the contact below. We respond within 30 days.
本サービスはブラウザのlocalStorageを使用して以下を保存します：
- 配車結果のキャッシュ（今日の配車データ）

- ジョブステータス（ドライバー用）
これらはFirebase認証トークンとともにデバイス上に保存されますが、第三者への送信は行いません。広告目的のCookieは使用しません。
The Service uses browser localStorage to cache: dispatch results, denpyo drafts, and job status (for drivers). These are stored locally on your device alongside Firebase auth tokens. They are not transmitted to third parties. We use no advertising cookies.

本サービスは18歳以上の事業者向けです。18歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
The Service is intended for business operators aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、登録メールアドレスへの通知または本サービス内での告知により、変更の30日前にお知らせします。重大な変更については、改めて同意をお求めする場合があります。
We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance via your registered email or in-app notification. For significant changes we may require your renewed consent.
